To enroll in the program please pay a $25 deposit that is applied towards your last service invoice. The remaining balance of the first window cleaning is billed after that service is complete. The remaining 3 cleanings are billed separately, after the completion of each service, at a 10% discount from your most recent window cleaning invoice (does not include add on services).

By enrolling in the program you receive:

Rain Guarantee, upon paid invoice
One free track cleaning (a $30 value) per calendar year
Custom cleanings (Interior/Exterior or Exterior only at each service)
Half price on the following services: Storm shelter clean out, screen cleaning, and exterior light cleaning

Terms of Service

Client agrees to pay for 4 window cleaning services during the one year enrollment period.

Client may pay for services separately at the end of each service, or all at once up front.

Client is permitted to unenroll from PLUS, as long as the client provides a 30 day written notice
prior to the scheduled service date. The client will be notified of each appointment 35 days prior
to the scheduled date.

Rain Guarantee applies 4 business days after each cleaning. Window Cleaning Plus must be
notified within four business days of each cleaning that rain has affected first floor windows in
order for the client to use the rain guarantee.

Rain Guarantee applies to first floor affected windows only.

Complimentary track cleaning is offered once during the enrollment period, at one of the four
window cleaning services. Track cleaning cannot be scheduled apart from window cleaning
service.
