Do you give quotes over the phone?
Yes, in most cases we can, if your location can be accessed on Google Earth, and we can get an accurate understanding of the scope of the windows. Sometimes an in person estimate may be necessary. If this is the case, we will schedule a time to come out and walk around the perimeter of the home or business. It's rarely necessary to come inside a home when we give an in person estimate.
Do you clean the insides and outsides of the windows?
We can clean both sides of each window, which is considered an Interior/Exterior service, or we can clean only the outsides of the windows, which is considered an Exterior Only service. We will provide whatever service works best for your needs.
How competitive are your prices?
Our prices are not the cheapest in town, however, our work is excellent and we are committed to great customer service. Many of our clients tell us they used to have someone clean their windows, but they stopped showing up. What sets us apart is we are committed to keeping your business as long as you feel our service brings you value.
What frequency do you offer?
We offer as little or as often as is right for your business. Discounts are offered for more frequent cleanings, such as bi-weekly or weekly.
What type of payment arrangements do you accept?
We accept payNet30 from businesses. We require homeowners to pay for the service on the day it is performed. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
If I use your service, will I be required to sign a contract?
We do not require a contract for most cleaning services. We do ask that you give us a 30-day notice if you would like to discontinue service.
What type of insurance do you carry?
We carry commercial general liability, commercial auto, and workman's comp.
